深化澜湄经贸合作 共促区域繁荣发展——澜湄跨境经济合作经贸对接活动在昆明举行

        2026年6月16日，昆明——值此第10届中国—南亚博览会暨第30届中国昆明进出口商品交易会隆重举办之际，澜湄跨境经济合作经贸对接活动在昆明滇池之畔举行。本次活动由柬埔寨发展理事会与中国云南省商务厅联合举办，旨在深化澜湄区域经贸合作，促进投资贸易便利化，为区域经济发展注入强劲动力。

       KUNMING, June 16, 2026 — On the occasion of the 10th China-South Asia Expo and the 30th China Kunming Import and Export Commodities Fair, the Lancang-Mekong Cross-Border Economic Cooperation Trade and Investment Matchmaking Event was held by the shore of Dianchi Lake in Kunming. Co-hosted by the Council for the Development of Cambodia and the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province, the event aims to deepen regional economic and trade cooperation, facilitate investment and trade, and inject strong momentum into regional economic development. 

       云南省商务厅副厅长马俊出席活动并致欢迎辞。柬埔寨发展理事会副秘书长孙索波、柬埔寨商业部国务秘书宾•索维吉、柬埔寨公共工程与交通部副国务秘书本•博兰等柬方代表，以及澜湄各国嘉宾出席活动。

       Mr. Ma Jun, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province, attended the event and delivered a welcome speech. Cambodian representatives including H.E. Sun Sopheap, Under-Secretary of State of the Council for the Development of Cambodia; H.E. Pin Sovichea, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia; and H.E. Bun Boran, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia, along with distinguished guests from other Lancang-Mekong countries, were present at the event.

       马俊在致辞中表示，在澜湄合作机制推动下，中国与湄公河国家在互联互通、贸易投资、跨境基础设施等领域务实合作成果丰硕。2025年，中国与湄公河五国进出口总额达5010.1亿美元，同比增长15.3%。作为中国参与澜湄合作的前沿省份，2025年云南与湄公河国家进出口达167.1亿美元，同比增长16.7%。

       In his speech, Mr. Ma Jun noted that driven by the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) mechanism, China and Mekong countries have achieved fruitful outcomes in practical cooperation in connectivity, trade and investment, and cross-border infrastructure. In 2025, the total import and export volume between China and the five Mekong countries reached US$501.01 billion, up 15.3% year-on-year. As a frontier province in China's participation in LMC, Yunnan's imports and exports with Mekong countries reached US$16.71 billion in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 16.7%. 

       互联互通方面，中老铁路“黄金通道”效应持续凸显。截至目前，中老铁路跨境货运量超1900万吨，其中云南省跨境货运量超1650万吨，占比全线87%；跨境商品种类从10余种增加至3800多种，辐射老挝、泰国、越南等19个国家和地区。中国关累港口岸2025年进出口额30.4亿元，同比增长92.3%；货运量25.5万吨，同比增长63.9%。同时，中越老街—河内—海防标准轨铁路一期工程开工建设，柬埔寨暹粒吴哥国际机场已建成投运。

       In terms of connectivity, the "golden corridor" effect of the China-Laos Railway has continued to gain prominence. To date, the cross-border freight volume of the China-Laos Railway has exceeded 19 million tons, of which Yunnan Province accounts for over 16.5 million tons, representing 87% of the total. The variety of cross-border commodities has grown from a dozen to over 3,800 types, reaching 19 countries and regions including Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam. In 2025, China's Guanlei Port achieved an import and export value of RMB 3.04 billion, up 92.3% year-on-year, with freight volume reaching 255,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 63.9%. Meanwhile, the first phase of the standard-gauge railway project from Lao Cai to Hanoi to Haiphong in Vietnam has broken ground, and the Siem Reap Angkor International Airport in Cambodia has been completed and put into operation. 

       马俊指出，当前澜湄合作正焕发蓬勃活力，但仍需携手解决基础设施互联互通短板、产业合作层次不高、跨境要素流通便利化不足等挑战。对此，他提出三点建议：一是强化基础设施互联互通，共建智慧口岸，推进中老铁路国际客运“一地两检”落地实施，加快中缅瑞丽—曼德勒、中越老街—河内—海防标准轨铁路等国际铁路建设；二是提升产业合作层次水平，依托跨境经济合作区，扩大机电产品、新能源汽车等高附加值产品出口，落实“三免三便利”政策，大力发展跨境电商；三是促进投资贸易便利化，依托澜湄合作机制，加强各方秘书处对接，推动区域内要素流动，拓展合作新空间。

       Mr. Ma Jun pointed out that while Lancang-Mekong cooperation is now brimming with vitality, joint efforts are still needed to address challenges including shortcomings in infrastructure connectivity, the relatively low level of industrial cooperation, and insufficient facilitation of cross-border factor flows. To this end, he put forward three recommendations: First, strengthen infrastructure connectivity by jointly building smart ports, advancing the implementation of the "one-stop, dual-inspection" model for international passenger services on the China-Laos Railway, and accelerating the construction of international railways such as the Ruili-Mandalay railway between China and Myanmar and the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Haiphong standard-gauge railway between China and Vietnam. Second, elevate the level of industrial cooperation by leveraging cross-border economic cooperation zones, expanding exports of high-value-added products such as mechanical and electrical equipment and new-energy vehicles, implementing the "three exemptions and three facilitation" policies, and vigorously developing cross-border e-commerce. Third, promote investment and trade facilitation by strengthening coordination among the secretariats of all parties under the LMC framework, facilitating the flow of factors within the region, and exploring new spaces for cooperation. 

       马俊表示，云南将始终秉持亲诚惠容理念，以开放的姿态、务实的举措、优质的服务，持续推进区域内跨境贸易便利化，积极引导中国企业赴湄公河国家开拓市场、投资兴业，共同推动澜湄合作迈入“金色十年”新阶段。
